Training the engineer who designs and builds.

Civil engineering sits at the heart of every major project: housing, roads, bridges, dams, tramways, industrial complexes. Our five-year engineering degree produces complete profiles, able to move from structural analysis to running a construction site.

Project-based teaching, professional software (BIM, FE analysis), site visits and a final-year project in a company: you graduate ready to practise, with a state-recognised degree.

Looking at a three-year degree first? The field also exists as a Civil Engineering Bachelor’s degree, from BIM to site supervision.

A final project in a company, at full scale.

Across semesters S9 and S10 you carry out a real engineering project inside a construction firm: a consulting practice, a main contractor or a client organisation. From the calculation note to the defence, supervised by both the school and industry.

Who can apply?

The engineering cycle (S5–S10) is open to candidates from integrated preparatory classes, from a CPGE, or with two years of science-based higher education (DEUG, DUT, BTS), following review of the application and an interview.

Is the degree state-recognised?

Yes. SUP2I is a private institution recognised by the state and authorised by the Ministry of Higher Education. The qualification awarded is a State Engineering Degree (five years of higher education).

When do you choose your specialisation?

Specialisation begins in semester S8: Building & Energy Efficiency, Geotechnics & Infrastructure, or Structures & Civil Works.

Does the final-year project take place in a company?

Yes. The final-year project runs across semesters S9 and S10, in a company (four to six months), with both academic and industrial supervision.
